All of our products are made to order. This means we don’t hold stock – we create each item from scratch just for you.
Whether it’s an embroidered celebration tee or a classic cotton sweatshirt, your order goes through a detailed production process that includes:
- Embroidery and stitching (where applicable)
- Hand-finishing and pressing
- A final quality control check
We aim to dispatch your order within 5-7 working days of receiving it.

- Express UK Delivery (Royal Mail 24 / Tracked 24): 1–2 working days after production
- International Delivery: 5–10 working days after dispatch (customs delays may occur)
