Thank you for shopping with Legends in Thread.

All of our products are made to order, including custom embroidery and bespoke designs. Each item is produced specifically for your order.


Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalised.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-faulty items, including where a customer changes their mind, orders an incorrect size, or decides the item is no longer wanted.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item.

Where a fault or error is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. If a return is required due to a confirmed fault, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return postage costs.


Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
